Jumping Crocodiles & River Cruise (840)
A Northern Territory tradition! A great little tour that gets you up close and personal (safely of course!) with these primeval creatures.
Cruise the Adelaide River in crocodile infested waters and watch as your guide entices saltwater (estuarine or ‘salties’) crocodiles to jump up out of the water and snatch food.
Also visit the ‘Window on the Wetlands’ Centre - see birds of prey scavenge for leftovers and an informative display with sweeping wetlands views. Tour through Fogg Dam Nature Reserve and see a plethora of birds & reptiles.

See Stokes Hill Wharf and the progress of the $1.2 billion wharf precinct redevelopment, the pearling fleet, Fannie Bay and many important buildings. Visit the Museum & Art Gallery and see excellent displays including a very interesting Cyclone Tracy exhibit. Tour the Botanic Gardens and Cullen Bay Marina.

Tour the outback town of Katherine and imagine what the horror 1998 flood levels must have been like.

Marvel at the termite mounds and learn about these fascinating creatures and their place in the ecosystem. From Cathedral Mounds up to 8 metres tall to Magnetic Mounds that follow the sun, these are amazing creatures.
Visit Florence Falls, Tolmer Falls and Wangi Falls, three outstanding and serene areas, each quite different. Swim in a lovely cool waterhole and cool plunge pool. Take a walk in the monsoon forest or just sit back and take it all in.
